Extended Stay America - Rockford - I-90

I always use this hotel when I am in Rockford. It isn't the fanciest by any means but it is clean and safe and the staff is amazing. The location is perfect for getting on and off I90 and getting to the bus station to get to the airport. I usually stay for about a week at a time and appreciate the kitchenette. Sometimes I travel with my pets and they are always welcome. I highly recommend it for a clean safe place to sleep at night.

My family and I are currently relocating, and in the midst of this we've happened to be blessed to come across this wonderful establishment. The fantastic Receptionist Beneta was and has been such a sweet heart throughout the booking process, and our extended stay. We did run into some minor issues (nothing truly just technicality issues) but the manager Dan was right on the scene and quickly helped solve what was going on. These rooms are well kept, clean smelling, they have a very pleasant atmosphere, and with Walmart not too far to stock up with your own food and personals (or the front desk offers so many options) it's easy to call this a temporary home.

It was an awesome hotel with a big suite that was big enough for the entire family. It had a king bed and a queen with a sofa bed. But what I most liked about it was the space. Other rooms were more like a living room, small and tight. This room that we had however was big enough to hava a kitchen, a living room for one king bed and a tv with plenty of space between (like 5 feet) and another area for the queen bed, a sleeper sofa and a recliner. Overall it was a comfortable stay in this hotel. Didn't have a pool though.

We had a great stay at Extended Stay! The best part of our experience was the incredible staff—especially Diana and Beneta. They were so friendly, helpful, and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We stayed in the Deluxe King room, which is huge—definitely spacious enough to fit a family of four, maybe even more. It made a big difference having all that room to relax. While the rooms aren’t the newest, they’re very clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Overall, a great experience thanks to the hospitality and comfort. We’d definitely come back!

Just drove 8 hours found hotel Wally was helping someone before us & said he would be a minute. Then he checked us in he was friendly & answered a lot of questions in a very nice pleasant way. Gave us keys &direction to rooms. After retrieved suitcases & bags I stopped a& asked about kitchen items available he got the items together. Awesome

Extended stay of America turned out to be really nice. We selected a studio bedroom with a kitchenette. The room was spacious and clean. And we had somewhere to store my insulin and our ice cream that we didn't finish off from hitting Baskin-Robbins. We went down and got extra pillows at; the room came with three pillows and we definitely need it four. Wally the desk clerk was outstanding. He was kind, efficient, chatty and friendly. The hotel has a great find in Wally as clerk. It was a lovely room. The only problem was that all the people who are smokers worst standing right in front of the doorway so that there was no way to check in without walking through a thick Haze of smoke. And by that I mean there were four people standing there conversing and smoking. I have asthma, and my husband is a non-smoker, so we tend to notice these things quite quickly. The only other problem I had, was that I got the munchies in the middle of the night, and had to pay $3.80 for a small bag of potato chips. Under user error, I didn't read the full description and what the breakfast included was. I had a minor hot breakfast, but the description clearly states that this is coffee and snack bars only When I come back? I think I would drive by and see if there are smokers, if not there are like 10 other places right nearby with rooms.
